Description:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative and support tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the company. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that the back-office processes run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain data records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
Process and verify various documents, forms, and applications submitted by clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents required by management.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication related to back-office operations.
Perform data entry and processing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and other logistical tasks.
Support the finance department by processing invoices, managing accounts, and handling other financial documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of back-office operations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems or other business management software.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with office management procedures and departmental coordination.
