Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
Handle employee relations issues, including addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including managing employee contracts, leave policies, and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
