The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the company. This role involves overseeing office management, facility operations, record-keeping, and ensuring that the organization’s administrative functions run efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all resources are available and maintained.
Coordinate and manage office services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
Handle correspondence, document management, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Oversee facility management, including space planning, renovations, and office relocations if necessary.
Monitor and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the workplace.
Assist in the development and execution of administrative strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Knowledge of office procedures, financial management, and facility management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in budget management and financial planning.
