Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Organize and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation related to employee statistics, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience with HR management systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
