Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our international BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to clients from around the world. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and service-related questions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, using problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Process transactions, updates, and changes to customer accounts as required.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes and updates.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international BPO environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/other relevant languages].
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
