Description:

We are seeking a persuasive and goal-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions that match their requirements. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls to present products, services, and special offers.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Manage and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle customer objections and questions with confidence and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, trends, and competitive activity.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
